Our team is made up of volunteers actively working as Landscape Designers and Registered Landscape Architects in South Florida. We share the same values and goals: compassion, hard work, community, empowerment, and a constant drive to expand the limits of what we can accomplish. We are always looking to grow and welcome new team members throughout the year. ELIZABETH VAN DILLEWIJN
President and Founder
Born and raised in Colombia, Ely developed her love of the outdoors and the importance of education and hard work. After moving to the United States and graduating with a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, she has successfully pursued a career as a Landscape Designer,project manager and business owner while continuing to seek personal fulfillment.

ANDY WITKIN
Vice President
Andrew Witkin, FASLA is founder and president of Witkin Hults+Partners. Andrew graduated from Penn State in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Witkin Hults, based in South Florida has established itself as a leading planning and landscape architectural firm. Founded in 1988, the firm is widely recognized for its work both domestically and internationally. Its experience spans the southeastern United States, the Caribbean basin and South America. Andrew is a member of The Philanthropic Council, The Stuckman School Advisory Board and the Mentorship Program for the College of Arts and Architecture at Pennsylvania State University. Andrew has been elevated to the prestigious Council Of Fellows for his exceptional contribution to the landscape architecture profession and society at large.
KELSEY TRUJEQUE
Executive Secretary
Kelsey grew up in Tampa, Florida and attended Florida Southern College for her undergraduate studies and the University of Florida for her Master’s Degree. She is currently a Landscape Architect working in Hollywood, Florida. Being a woman who struggled to find her voice when she started her professional career, Kelsey hopes the Foundation will empower young women by providing the support she lacked during her academic program and early in her career.
ROBERTO ARAGÓN
Student Liaison
Roberto is originally from El Salvador, and now works as a Associate at WH+P company in Hollywood, Florida. He is constantly inspired by the talented women he works with every day and would like to utilize the Foundation to inspire others. Through his personal experience, Roberto realizes the importance of women having equal standing as men and works to bring people together.
